Frequently Asked Questions about Recurring Card Payments


  • What is Auto Trakk's Recurring Card Payments program?

    Automatic credit card payments can help you pay your bills on time with minimal effort!
    Customers can now have their credit cards charged online automatically each week when their payment is due. The online system allows you to set everything up on your own. You are able to choose:
        How often the payment is made
        How much the payment will be
        What day of the week the payment is made
        What credit card will be charged
        What date the scheduled payments start

    • How do I get enrolled?

      There are several ways to get enrolled in Auto Trakk's Recurring Card Payments program:

          Call us at (844)264-9307 and speak to one of our customer service representatives between 8:30 AM and 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday, Saturday 9:00 - 2:00 PM.

          Email us at AutoPay@autotrakk.com with any questions.

          Log In to your account using a web browser and select the Automatic Payment option on the payments screen. (Signup using the App is currently not supported.)

    • Can I pay more than one week at a time?

      Yes!
      If paying every second, third, fourth or even fifth week better suits your pay schedule, you can schedule your payments accordingly! You simply choose how much you'd like to pay with each scheduled payment. Of course, the payment amount must be enough to cover a full payment each week. Example: Assume your weekly payment amount is $102.46. The system will populate the amount needed for your payment with the option to edit.

    • Can I choose what day of the week I pay?

      Yes! You are able to select which day of the week you prefer to make your payment.
      (Do keep in mind that the day of the week must be on or before your Friday due date.)

    • What cards can I use for my Recurring Payments?

      The Recurring Payments program uses one of the cards you have on file to make the payment.
      If you don't have a card on file, you will need to add a debit or credit card using the “Add Credit/Debit Card” section.

    • Can I select a custom Payment Start Date?

      Yes!
      During setup, you will choose the date the payments will begin. If the date you select is before the day of the week you have chosen, the payments will begin on the very next chosen day of the week after that date.
      Example: If you have chosen Friday as your weekday, but you have chosen 6/3/20 (Wednesday) as your start date, the payments will begin on 6/5/20. This is the very next Friday.

    • How Does Payment Assistance Work?

      If you are requesting payment assistance, you must notify us at least 1 day before your next scheduled payment date. You will need to pay the extension payment separate from the scheduled payments.
