  • What is a lease?

    A Lease is a flexible method to acquire the use of a vehicle for a predetermined period of time. At the end the Lease, the Lessee (the person leasing the vehicle) has the option to either buy the vehicle for the residual value (value of the vehicle at the end of the lease), trade-in the vehicle for another vehicle, or return the vehicle to the Dealer/Lessor.

  • Does Auto Trakk provide a warranty on the vehicle I am leasing?

    Yes - Auto Trakk does provide a limited warranty. Please contact Auto Trakk Customer Service if you have questions regarding limited warranty coverage.

  • Can I make my payment online?

    Yes - To create your online account, simply click here and then follow the on-screen prompts.

  • What methods of payment does Auto Trakk offer?

    We are committed to making your payment process easy and hassle free, and we offer several methods of payment for your convenience.

    Online

    Payments can be made quickly and securely through our website.

    This service is available 24/7.

    Auto Trakk Pass for Mobile Wallet

    Apple and Android device users can make payments using our mobile wallet.

    You’ll be able to view payment and account information, receive account alert notifications, and easily link to our payment portal directly from your mobile device's native mobile wallet – Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Pay (Android).

    Signing up is easy. There’s no app to download. Simply tap the enrollment button below and enter your account number and ZIP code to add our billing pass to your mobile wallet. From there, you can access your account information by tapping the pass in your mobile wallet.

    No username or password. All you need to do is unlock your mobile device to access your wallet. No need to remember a special username or password.

    Never miss a payment. Receive notifications (on iOS devices) or texts (on Android devices), such as when a payment is due or if there is an alert on your account.

    Seamlessly view and pay. On the back of the pass you can click the "Make a Payment" link to easily view and make your weekly payments.

    Pay-By-Phone

    Payments can be made by using our pay-by-phone service. Simply call our toll free number at 1-844-361-9103 and follow the prompts for identification and debit/credit card information.

    This service is available 24/7.

    Automated Payments

    Customers who maintain an excellent payment history may qualify for Auto Trakk's Automatic Payment Option (ACH).

    ACH payments are safe, secure, and are an efficient and cost-reducing alternative to credit cards and money transfer services. Also, they are completely automated for a hassle free, time saving way to make your payment.

  • What forms of payment does Auto Trakk accept?

    Credit Card

    Auto Trakk accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards for payment. This includes prepaid cards provided the card displays a logo from one of the listed brands.

    Please be advised, many of the prepaid card companies consider Auto Trakk a rental car company and may try to reserve an extra 15% over and above your payment amount. This 15% reserved amount would be released to your account as soon as the transaction is complete.

    PayPal®

    Auto Trakk allows payments via PayPal®. Just select this option as your payment method, during the online payment process.

    Automated Payments

    Customers who maintain an excellent payment history may qualify for Auto Trakk's Automatic Payment Option (ACH).

    MoneyGram®

    You may also make your payment via MoneyGram which is available at most CVS and Walmart stores.

    If you choose to use this service, the Auto Trakk receiver code is 2995 (BAMA Leasing customers user receiver code 3020) and your “Account Number” is your Lease Agreement Number.

    Call Auto Trakk if you do not know your Account Number. If you cannot call Auto Trakk, use your last name as your Account Number.

    Auto Trakk does not accept checks or cash payments.

  • When is my weekly payment due?

    Your payment is due every Friday to Auto Trakk.

  • How do I pay bi-weekly or monthly?

    One of the benefits of the Auto Trakk program is that you can make your payments around your pay cycle, provided you are prepaying these payments.

    If your vehicle is equipped with a device that has a keypad, you will receive a code for each weekly payment you make. You may enter all codes into the device at the same time.

    If your vehicle is equipped with a PassTime™ device, the device will automatically be activated to allow the vehicle to run through the length of the payments made.


    The vehicle will run uninterrupted until the next payment due date.

  • What should I do if I am unable to make a payment?

    Please contact Auto Trakk immediately to see if there is anything we can do to assist you. The number is 1-888-689-7117

  • What is the Security Code?

    This feature is only available for vehicles equipped with keypad devices.

    The security code is an anti-theft feature of the device. By utilizing this code, you will disable the starter and prevent the vehicle from being started even if someone has the keys to your vehicle. Feel free to contact Customer Service at 888-689-7117 should you ever need your security code

  • How often do you report my payment history to the credit bureaus?

    Auto Trakk reports monthly to TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian.

  • Can I trade in my vehicle?

    Yes - You may trade the vehicle in at any time throughout the life of the lease provided the dealership pays off your lease per the terms of your lease contract.

  • What does the Limited Warranty on my leased vehicle cover?

    As part of Auto Trakk's program, a Limited Warranty is provided on each leased vehicle, administered by Total Warranty Services. The Limited Warranty is effective starting on the first day of your lease contract and covers the following components:

    Engine

    All internal lubricated parts
    Camshaft(s)
    Camshaft bearings
    Engine block and cylinder heads
    Fuel pump
    Intake and exhaust valves
    Intake manifolds
    Main bearings
    Piston rings
    Pistons
    Pulley

  • Is GAP part of my lease?

    Yes - Auto Trakk leases include a GAP equivalent called a Deficiency Waiver, however the customer is responsible for any automobile insurance deductible. The Deficiency Waiver is subject to certain adjustments and exclusions.

  • What insurance requirements am I responsible for on this vehicle?

    Tell your insurance agent this is a leased vehicle.

    You are required to maintain liability coverage at your state's minimum. Your comprehensive and collision deductibles must be $500 or less and Auto Trakk must be listed as the Additional Insured, Loss Payee and Lien Holder.

    NOTE: Florida does not require bodily injury coverage but Auto Trakk requires 10,000/20,000/10,000 coverage.

    If at any time your insurance changes or lapses, Auto Trakk must be provided with a current declaration page.

    For reasons of inadequate coverage, there are a certain insurance companies that Auto Trakk cannot accept. For a current list of companies, please call 888-689-7117.

  • What should I do if I am involved in an accident or my vehicle is stolen?

    You must notify Auto Trakk, your insurance company, and the police immediately.

  • What should I do if I move?

    Notify Auto Trakk immediately of any personal information changes. If you move out of the state in which you currently reside we will need to complete a moving packet for you so the vehicle can registered the new state.

  • What happens when I make my final lease payment?

    You have 3 options:

    1) You may return the vehicle to Auto Trakk (you will be responsible for any excessive mileage and any damage to the vehicle).

    2) You may purchase the vehicle for the residual amount plus the purchase option fee. Residual financing is available in select states.

    3) You may elect to trade the vehicle in on a newer vehicle.

    NOTICE: If you are on the Creditor Placed Insurance (CPI) program, once you make your final payment, your vehicle is no longer insured under the Creditor Placed Insurance (CPI) program.
